MESSAGE FROM THE FIRE CHIEF
On behalf of the Bensenville Fire Protection District #2, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to visit our website. I hope this webpage will provide you with valuable information on the wide range of services our District offers. Our personnel take great pride in serving the citizens, businesses, and visitors to our fine District.
Bensenville Fire Protection District has been providing Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Services for 130 years. We embrace the challenges and opportunities that are part of a thriving community and strive to meet your needs within the financial capabilities of the District. Our men and women are trained professionals who are proud to serve their community, and prides itself in providing innovative solutions to maintain the most cost effective, community oriented, customer care.
The District is an all-hazards organization that provides fire, advanced life support emergency services, technical rescue (low and high angle), hazardous material, dive, vehicle/machinery, trench, and swift water rescue. We respond to an average of 4000 calls for service annually.
The Fire District is continually searching for opportunities to improve our services, promote efficiency, and increase community and fire safety. We are continuously in collaborative efforts with neighboring fire agencies to facilitate and promote cost savings and improve effectiveness.
I am extremely humbled and honored to work with so many dedicated and hardworking individuals who strive to provide the best services year-round, and who, together, form an organization dedicated to the core values of the Fire Service. We will continue to improve upon the service we provide and are here to serve day and night.
